The advanced catheterization and ostomy care simulator is a "two-in-one" catheterization simulator designed with interchangeable genitalia so students can practice male and female catheterization skills. The simulator allows participants to become familiar with female and male external anatomy while they learn basic nursing skills like catheterization. Participants can also practice advanced nursing skills like ostomy care, cervical and rectal examination, and enema procedures.
